Californians love to believe their state is more progressive than states like Alabama, Mississippi, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, West Virginia, and so on. And, yes, in some ways they are. But when it comes to automobile accident insurance, California is basically the Florida of the West Coast. California’s minimum vehicle insurance is lower than all the states listed above!
